Rosalyn holds degrees in Political Science and Economics from Western, which have equipped her with strong negotiating skills and the ability to navigate the complex processes of real estate, Investment Board approvals and Permanent Residency applications.
Her extensive market expertise spans the cycle of property acquisition, from initial consultations through post-purchase support. Rosalyn’s knowledge is particularly valuable to international clients, helping them optimize tax strategies and maximize returns on offshore Investments.
As the only crypto-certified real estate agent in The Bahamas, Rosalyn is proficient in crypto transactions, blockchain technology, and NFT tokenization. Her vast global network in finance and property technology ensures she is well-positioned for high-level referrals. Born in Canada to a Bahamian father, Rosalyn has deep ties to both countries. Outside of work, she enjoys tennis, golf, and traveling, while actively promoting The Bahamas.
